Rebecca Lerman

Former MSc Student

Rebecca developed a questionnaire to assess teacher responses to anxiety in children (TRAC) as part of her MSc Child Development. This questionnaire is freely available on our Measures page and you can read about it in the paper below. Rebecca is a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University, specializing in teacher training. She is currently writing up the results of another study examining links between child gender and teacher responses to anxious children.

Beth Bird

Beth's results were presented in a poster at the 2017 SRCD conference in Austin, Texas. Two papers from her MSc research have been published in Frontiers in Education and the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology. See our publications page.

Vanessa completed an MSc in Child Development in the SHINE lab and subsequently conducted a systematic review on parent and child risk and protective factors for child externalizing problems following exposure to domestic violence. 

Vanessa is currently completing a PhD in Developmental Psychology at Simon Fraser University, Canada.
